Loyalty Group has signed an extensive agreement with Bonnier News (regarding the business area Expressen Lifestyle) which means that Loyalty Group will be the exclusive supplier of the publisher’s/company’s premiums via a newly developed technical platform.
An agreement that creates several new employment opportunities within Helsingborg-based Loyalty Group AB.
The assignment includes overall responsibility for both product sourcing and product development,
as well as running the technical infrastructure and the premium selection site.
Expressen Lifestyle is a media company that has a unique combination of strength in providing news,a large digital audience and leading feature editors with many well-known newspaper brands.
The business includes the evening newspaper Expressen (with editions GT and Kvällsposten) and Bonnier’s approximately 30 magazines within the Lifestyle Group – including Allt om Mat, Sköna hem, Damernas Värld, M-magasin, Amelia, Lantliv and Allt om Trädgård.
In recent years, Loyalty Group AB has started working with several large players who have needed to develop their work with loyalty and customer satisfaction, for example Postkodlotteriet, Aller Media, Elitfönster and Wernersson Ost. Loyalty Group has extensive experience in delivering digital bonus shops, point-redemption shops, prize shops and motivational systems, based on Loyalty Group’s Instant AI platform, to larger companies that want to strengthen their customer relationships. Loyalty Group manages IT, product supply and warehousing as well as distribution and customer service on behalf of its customers.
The agreement means that Loyalty Group takes overall responsibility for the premiums of all titles within Bonnier News’ Expressen Lifestyle business area. The fact that the customer can, via Premieval, choose the premium themselves gives a breadth and an opportunity to reach more people within the target group. Behind-the-scenes work will entail everything from trend analyses, product development and purchasing to running the site and logistics.
It is evident that Loyalty Group, with its team of IT experts, buyers, and trading experts, can increase efficiency for Bonnier News who will have more time for their core business.
