In 2015, Loyalty Group was entrusted with developing, implementing and operating a complete redemption store for the Swedish Postcode Lottery. The store was launched in 2016 with great success and significantly increased customer satisfaction. Today, work continues daily with efficient product development, operation and constant development of systems and design as well as purchasing, warehousing, and logistics

Loyalty Group is one of Sweden’s largest buyers of both brands and sourcing products. Villaägarnas riksförbund (a Swedish homeowners’ association) needed an exclusive benefits store that was named “The Member Shop” with unique offers selected specifically for the members. The shop was launched by Loyalty Group in 2013 with ever-increasing sales and very high customer satisfaction.
The prize shop for Elitfönster was launched in February 2021. It is a new site to motivate all Elitfönster’s retailers. Elitfönster’s new motivational programme includes a reward system with an associated Loyalty Group points shop. The assignment includes both implementation and operation of the site as well as product supply, warehouse, logistics and customer service.

Loyalty Group has been responsible for all bonus management on behalf of Aller Media since 2020. Aller Media is the market leader in the Swedish popular press and has some of Sweden’s most well-known magazine brands such as ELLE, MåBra, Svensk Damtidning, ELLE Decoration, Allers, Hemmets Veckotidning, Hänt i Veckan, Femina and Residence.
The assignment for Aller Media involves Loyalty Group doing product development, delivering and administering the purchase of all of Aller Media’s bonuses.
In 2019, Loyalty Group developed a platform for motivation and e-learning. The question our customers asked us was: How do we get Sweden’s most motivated salespeople and staff? How do we create genuine cohesion and solid knowledge in our company?
We created an inspiring login page through which valid users are channelled into a motivational portal that is filled with competitions, training opportunities, information, motivational activities, etc.
For each customer, customizations are made to meet their unique needs and wishes. With us, there are only opportunities!
